Return Procedure
We do not accept exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience, but once you have returned the item, please place a new order.

- ① After checking the conditions and precautions for returns , please apply using the ①Return Application Form within 5 days of receiving the product.
- ② Please return the product within 5 days of your return request, at our expense (cash on delivery) if it is a defective product upon delivery, or at your expense (prepayment) if it is due to your own reasons.

Items to be prepared by the customer
- ① The return request form requires your order number and, in the case of an initial defect, a photo of the defective part of the product.
- ② If the product is returned for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- The return completion form (3) requires the shipping company, tracking number, and bank details. Please make sure to keep these in a safe place when returning the item.
Conditions under which returns are not possible
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- 1: Items purchased as a guest (non-member)
- 2: Products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as underwear and swimwear
- 3: Custom-made products and shoes over 26cm
- 4: Products with paper tags, washing tags, and accessories removed
- 5: Products that have become dirty or damaged, or have smells of cigarettes, perfume, pets, or pet hair, etc., while in the customer's possession.
- 6: Products that have been used even once, or have been altered, washed, or cleaned
- 7: Products that are clearly found to have been used after being inspected upon arrival at our company
- 8: Returning only some items from a lucky bag or set
- 9: Products using sales or discount coupons
- 10: As this product is manufactured overseas, the following conditions are not considered to be defective products, so we cannot accept returns for initial defects.
- ・There is no buttonhole
- ・It has a petroleum smell that is unique to new products
- - There are loose threads and threads remaining after sewing.
- The button was not damaged, but it had come off.
- 11: If the item is returned after 5 days
- 12: If there is an error in the return procedure, or if there is any other incomplete or false declaration.
- 13: Items received via wish list
- 14: The reason for return was listed on the product page and was information the customer knew before purchasing (general information that can be known before purchasing, such as price, shipping date, material, size, color, etc.)
- 15: Products that have been previously purchased and returned
- 16: If there are other reasons why we cannot approve the return
- *If the item is not returned within 5 days of the application, we will not be able to accept the return. The item will be refused and returned to you cash on delivery.
Precautions
- *We cannot accept returns for products purchased as a guest due to customer reasons. (This only applies to products that appear in your purchase history when you log in to your My Page.)
- *If you return an item that cannot be returned, we will either refuse to accept it or return it to you with the shipping charges paid by you. Please be sure to check the conditions under which returns are not permitted .
- *Please fill out the application form within 5 days of receiving the product. Please return the product within 5 days of application. After returning the product, you must apply using the return completion form. Products that have not been applied for will not be accepted for return.
- *If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- *If excessive returns (e.g., more than half of the items being returned for each order) continue, we may refuse to do business with you based on our company standards.
- *We cannot refund fees incurred by financial institutions, such as cash on delivery fees and convenience store payment fees.
- *If an item is returned, the points awarded for purchasing the returned item will be cancelled.
- *If you choose to return the item via mail delivery or non-standard mail, which is untraceable and has no guarantee, we will not be held responsible for any loss of the item.

Our company's responsibility (cash on delivery)
- ・Returns if you receive a different product than the one you ordered
- ・Returns when the product is clearly different from the image of the ordered product
- ・Returns if there are any defects that make the item unwearable
*Even if you return the product at our expense (cash on delivery), if we do not find any defect, we will refund the amount equivalent to the round-trip shipping costs.
