If you are a member, please log in by entering your email address and obtaining a one-time password from "Login" on the right side of the contact information.
※You can purchase products without registering as a member.

■About Consolidating Separate Orders and Changing Order Contents
In principle, we do not accept consolidation of separate orders or changes to order contents after an order has been completed.
Even if the items have not yet been shipped, we cannot accept changes or consolidations due to system limitations.

■About Product Shortages
Products may become out of stock at the time of your order.
If a product is out of stock and we are unable to ship it due to our circumstances, we will only ship the remaining available items.

- 7: Products judged to have clear signs of use upon arrival and inspection by our company
- 8: Returns of only part of a lucky bag or set product

- 10: Due to overseas production, the following conditions are not considered defects, so initial defect claims cannot be accepted:
- ・Buttonholes not cut open, wrinkles that can be removed with an iron
- ・New products with a characteristic petroleum odor
- ・Loose threads, remaining threads after machine stitching
- ・Button came off without being damaged
- 11: Returns received more than 5 days after the application date
- 12: Returns with incorrect procedures or other misrepresentations or false statements
- 13: Products received via a wish list
- 14: If the reason for return is information (price, shipping date, material, size, color, etc.) that was posted on the product page and known to the customer before purchase

We accept returns and exchanges for initial defects only, even for 'guest customers'.
We thoroughly inspect products before shipping to ensure that defective items are not delivered.
We will only accept returns/exchanges if the item is clearly different from the image or has a defect so severe it prevents wear.We will guide you through the process, so please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of product arrival.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate claims for initial defects if 5 days have passed since the product arrived, if the tags have been removed, or if the conditions described in the product description are not met.
If the exchange product is sold out, we will issue a refund. We cannot accept changes to alternative products. Thank you for your understanding.
※Due to overseas production, new products may have a characteristic petroleum odor, slightly loose stitching, uncut buttonholes, or buttons that have come off due to thread breakage but are not damaged.
We apologize, but these are not considered defects and will not be handled as such. The odor can be improved by hand washing or air drying in a well-ventilated area. Please cut the buttonholes with scissors for use.
Please note that items purchased on sale or with discount coupons may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We offer these items at a reduced price for this reason, so please understand and place your order accordingly.
- Shipping costs for returns
