We would like to inform you about our inquiry response and product shipping during Golden Week as follows.
■ Angel Size Operations Closure
Please note that all operational duties, including inquiry responses, will be suspended on the following dates.

■ Shipping of Tabernasky Products
During the following period, Tabernasky product shipping operations will be suspended.

May 3, 2026 (Sunday) - May 6, 2026 (Wednesday)
Even for products normally shipped on the same day, shipping will be suspended during the period mentioned above.
※ "NP Post-payment" requires a review after your order.
If the review results are delayed, the shipping period may be further delayed.
If you are in a hurry, please use a payment method other than "NP Post-payment."
■ Angel Size / Manufacturer Overseas Shipping Products
For manufacturer-direct and overseas shipping products, shipping is scheduled according to the "estimated shipping date" listed at the time of order.
However, due to logistical congestion or traffic conditions in Japan and overseas, there may be delays of several days to approximately 14 days for delivery.
Please understand that returns or cancellations due to delivery delays caused by these circumstances cannot be accepted.
