配送ポリシー(日本)
配送方法について
当店では、日本国内への配送に クロネコヤマト・佐川急便・日本郵便 を利用して商品を発送いたします。
なお、**メーカー商品(海外提携先からの直送商品)**につきましては、海外の提携配送業者より発送され、日本国内に到着後、佐川急便へ引き渡しのうえお届けいたします。
配送にかかる日数
発送予定日内に発送後、以下を目安にお届けいたします。

国内発送品(Taberunosky商品):発送後 1~5日以内

海外発送品(メーカー直送商品):発送後 1~14日以内
※ 通関手続き、現地の交通事情、繁忙期、天候等の影響により、到着までの日数が前後する場合がございます。
※ 上記はあくまで目安であり、到着日を保証するものではありません。
配送料について

送料は 全国一律900円
-
北海道・沖縄県は1,800円 となります

1回のご注文で11,000円以上のお買い物は送料無料です
※ 北海道・沖縄県以外の離島へのお届けには対応しておりません。
また、一部のご注文につきましては、告知なく
「レターパックライト」「レターパックプラス」「クロネコヤマト宅急便コンパクト」
にて発送させていただく場合がございます。
※ 配送方法変更による送料の割引・返金等はございません。
梱包について
商品は 段ボール または ビニール宅配袋(白色・ロゴ印刷) にてお届けいたします。
商品やご注文内容により、簡易梱包で発送する場合がございます。

靴類は 箱なし でのお届けとなる場合がございます

納品書、後払い用の払込用紙等は 同封しておりません
いずれの場合も、商品が破損しないよう十分配慮して梱包いたします。
配送先住所について

ご注文時にご入力いただいた住所に誤りがある場合、配送の遅延や未着の原因となります

ご注文確定後の 住所変更はお受けできない場合がございます

転送が発生した場合の費用は お客様のご負担となります

再送につきましては、原則としてお受けしておりません
長期不在や住所不備等により商品が返送された場合、返送後、以下の費用を請求させていただきます。
